Good value - he gave me a quote, very reasonable, and stuck to it. Any situation that arose during the build that needed discussion, he spoke to me asap and gave options.
Good quality - his work is excellent. Accurate, tidy, thinks about the aesthetic as well as the functional side (again, asks your opinion if there are options of how he could do something)
On time / responsive - this is where Tom really stands out. From the very start, he was really helpful with how the process would work. He appreciates that as a customer that we are a bit in the dark, and showed me photos of previous similar jobs so I'd know what to expect, and the stages of the work. He sent regular update pics to show progress, and if I had any queries, he responded in really good time to answer them.

We can't praise Tom and his team highly enough! Tom did a kitchen renovation and extension for us and nothing was too complicated. He ran the process perfectly from start to finish, always clearly explaining the work and timelines to us and always bringing us in to any decisions that needed to be made. His communication was exceptional - he was always highly responsive and explained things so well. When issues arose he dealt with them incredibly quickly and we always felt he 'had our backs' and we were working together. Tom's team were very tidy and respectful of our space.
